Full Service Battery Replacement

Want to have us take care of the hassle? It is easy to replace your battery, but we can do it for you for one low price. We charge less than Apple™ and all other installation websites!

Add your battery and select the Professional Installation option to the shopping cart. If you have already purchased a battery and would like us to install it then log into your order. Click on the link to have us install your battery.

If you choose any of the first two options then we will ship you an iBox with prepaid return shipping. You need to do nothing but wait for the iBox to arrive at your home. If you have chosen "You Ship" Professional Installation. You can ship your iPod to our installation facility after finalizing your transaction. Make sure to insure your shipment and obtain tracking on your shipment. Please include your order number with your iPod.

Standard Install- $35

Expedited Install- $60

  • We ship an iBox to you 2-3 day delivery
  • We include 2-3 day delivery return prepaid package
  • Change battery within 2 business days from receipt of device
  • Ship device back to you with 2-3 day delivery
  • Includes all insurance
  • No Additional Shipping Charges

You Ship Install- $20

  • You ship your device to us with insurance
  • Battery replacement within 4 business days from receipt
  • You Choose Shipping option

*You must purchase installation option and battery from our website before you ship your device. If you ship your device to us without purchasing the service from this website there will be an additional $10 charge.

*If your device is broken and the preliminary test indicates something else is wrong with your device , we will send you an electronic email of the preliminary test results. We will also follow up with a phone call within 24 hours to either proceed with the battery installation or have us send your device back to you without changing the battery. You must respond within five business days with an approval to proceed with the installation or we will ship your device back to you. We will charge a $20 service fee for testing and shipping. We will refund the cost of the battery.

If you send us your device dismantled or open then we will not be held responsible any damages that occured prior to us receiving your device.

There are times when a device is broken and needs additional repairs that have nothing to do with the battery. We offer most repairs and an affordable quote will be sent to your e-mail address. If you approve the quote, we will bill your credit card for the repair(s). If you chose not to repair your device we will send it back to you minus the $20 service fee. We can also recycle your device if you don't want us to ship it back.

Remove any pass codes before you send in your device. In order for us to test your device, we would remove your pass code by resetting your device (We would only reset the device as a last resort). Make sure that you have backed up all of your data and information on your device prior to shipping it to us for Professional Installation or Repairs. We will NOT be held liable for any lost data or information during the professional installations or repairs.
