I just wanted to thank you for a quick resolution to a problem I had w/an order. I followed the directions on my original order regarding battery installation and, viewing the replacement battery in the instructions as being black in color, removed what I thought was the foil covering from the replacement battery. To my dismay, it was not a cover and the battery was ruined.
You quickly replayed back to my letter with a new battery which has now been installed and I am once again enjoying my music.
Just a quick thanks for that level of service, it was very much appreciated.

I was going to wait and see if my sister needed a battery for her iPod mini, but you've convinced me to make an order. I'm amazed at level of customer service before the sale actually happened... now if only more online retailers were responsive like this.

I started placing an order this afternoon, but I was checking out other stores for the best deals. From what I saw, your store has the best price, and the replacement plan is a good deal.
I just place the order for my battery, along with a 3 year replacement plan. In this age of faceless ecommerce, I appreciate it when a company shows personal interest in communicating with their customers. I will recommend iPodBatteryDepot to my friends with iPods.

I just wanted to say thank you sooo much! Apple's customer service sucks!!! I sent it to them to replace the battery, willing to pay their $70+ charge, only to have it returned to me with nothing changed because there was a small ding on the back and supposedly their policy is that they cannot work on iPod's with physical damage. I was PISSED!! You pay $400 for an item and they won't even help you!!! Thankfully I found your site. I ordered last Friday and received in the mail the following Monday. Talk about fast shipping! It was cake to replace my battery.
