Orders must be placed before 12 PM PST in order to ensure delivery within 1, 2 or 3 business days if you chose to upgrade your shipment for faster delivery.

Orders placed between 12 PM PST on Friday and 11:59 PM PST on Sunday (or on any standard banking holiday) will be shipped on the next business day and delivered within 1, 2 or 3 business days after that.

iPod Battery Depot and its affiliates are not responsible for any item that has been shipped but not received by the customer. If the item has been shipped to the address indicated by the customer, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. The customer must contact the carrier with the provided shipping information and work directly with the carrier. We will work with customers to resolve incorrect shipments when iPod Battery Depot is at fault.

If you refuse an order we will charge you the shipping cost of the order and 5% or $5 (whichever is greater) to process your package. We will send you an email if we receive your refused or undelivered order to resolve any issues.

UPS Ground

• Should take from 3 to 5 days according to UPS.com
• Comes with a tracking number of the status of each station of delivery.
• Will not deliver to PO Boxes and usually will not deliver on weekends or holidays.

First Class Postal

• Should take from 2 to 9 days according to USPS
• Comes with a tracking number - status is updated randomly.
• Will deliver to PO Boxes and usually will deliver on weekends and some holidays.

2-3 Day Delivery (USPS Priority)

• Should take from 2 to 3 days according to USPS
• Comes with a tracking number - status is updated randomly.
• Will deliver to PO Boxes and usually will deliver on weekends and some holidays.

1-2 Day Delivery (USPS Express)

• Should take from 1 to 2 days according to USPS
• Comes with a tracking number - status is updated through each station.
• Will deliver to PO Boxes and usually will deliver on weekends and some holidays.
