We will do our best to ship your product by 1:00 pm each business day, excluding holidays. There are times that our products do become back-ordered. If we cannot ship your package within 5 business days of your order a customer service representative will call or email you. All of our products are usually in stock and it is very rare that any products are on back order.
We are not responsible for the carriers. If you order any type of shipping other than Standard Shipping and we do not ship it by the next business day you may be entitled to a refund of up to half the shipping charges. If your package does not arrive in the specified time because of the carrier, iPod Battery Depot is not to be held responsible by the customer. Our estimated shipping times are in accordance with what we are told by the carriers.
If we ship a package and you do not receive it you must go to My Order . You can submit a formal complaint with us to submit to the carrier. We will investigate each complaint. If we reship your order and we receive your original order back because you input the incorrect shipping address we will charge you for an additional shipping fee.
If you refuse an order we will charge you the shipping cost of the order and 7% or $5 (whichever is greater) to restock your package. We will send you an email if we receive your refused or undelivered order to resolve any issues.

- Should take from 3 to 5 days according to UPS.com .
- Comes with a tracking number of the status of each station of delivery.
- Will not deliver to PO Boxes and usually will not deliver on weekends or holidays.
First Class Postal
- Should take from 2 to 9 days according to USPS.com .
- Comes with a tracking number - status is updated randomly.
- Will deliver to PO Boxes and usually will deliver on weekends and some holidays.
2-3 Day Delivery (USPS Priority)
- Should take from 2 to 3 days according to USPS.com .
- Comes with a tracking number - status is updated randomly.
- Will deliver to PO Boxes and usually will deliver on weekends and some holidays.
1-2 Day Delivery (USPS Express)
- Should take from 1 to 2 days according to USPS.com .
- Comes with a tracking number - status is updated through each station.
- Will deliver to PO Boxes and usually will deliver on weekends and some holidays.
