Non Defective Returns (30 Day Guarantee)
If a battery has not been installed in your iPod and the tools, battery, and packaging are intact we will charge a 7% restocking fee or $5 whichever is greater. You will need to return the battery and packaging and the tools and the balance will be credited to your credit card. We only credit for tax and product costs (shipping charges are paid to the shipping carriers).
Defective Returns (30 Day Guarantee)
If a battery has been installed or used in any way or packaging or tools are damaged we can only offer an exchange . A defective return applies to batteries that have malfunctioned because of a manufacturing problem. You will need to return the battery and packaging and tools and our customer service team will promptly ship you out a new battery kit (we will incur the shipping charges to ship back to you).
Warranty Exchanges
If you purchased a warranty with your order and you need a new battery, you will need to return the battery and packaging and tools and our customer service team will promptly ship you out a new battery kit (You will need to pay the standard shipping charges). We only exchange 1 battery for the warranty. If an iPod needs more than 2 batteries in the 5 year span then there is most likely something wrong with the iPod.
