Same-Day Shipping

If you place your order on any given business day (holidays excluded) before 1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, we will ship the order the same day using your selected delivery method. We offer various UPS and US Mail shipping options for your convenience.

 

1 Year Warranty

We guarantee our products for one full year from the purchase date, so you can buy with quality assurance. We’ll cover your entire order with our One-Year Warranty. Our batteries carry a one-year warranty. Defective items will be replaced at no cost during the warranty period (not including shipping). If you change your mind and want to return your item for a refund, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. Our policy is to refund the total purchase price (not including shipping).

 

30 Days Money Back

We back our products with a no-questions-asked refund (excluding shipping charges) for any order returned within 30 days of purchase.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for online payment.

Are the batteries pre-charged when they arrive?

Our batteries are not pre-charged. You must install the battery and charge the device with your AC adapter.

Sales Tax

We charge the standard sales according to the applicable laws in your state. Occasionally we have specials for different promotions.

What happens when an item goes out of stock?

If a product goes out of stock we will notify you at the time of order and give you an estimation of when you can expect your merchandise.

What do I do with my old battery?

RBRC or Rechargeable Battery Recycling Corporation will recycle old working and non-working batteries for laptops. Call them at (800) 8-Battery or look them up at www.rbrc.org
